Seafood blend;  The perfect blend of freshly grounded herbs and spices  ideal for all seafood and for use in Cajun and Creole cooking.   Fish fillets can be transformed into an authentic blackened cajun delight simply by rubbing with this spice.

Meat & Chicken blend A robust blend of crushed red mustard seeds, black pepper and ground fennel developed for grilled and hot smoked meats and sure to inspire meat lovers and those who love to barbque.

Moroccan & Curry blend; the most recent blend added to my range, inspired by the exotic vibrant  flavours of the sub continent its excellant in curries, rubbed on roast meats and vegetables.  This versitlie blend containing tumeric, cumin, coriander, allspice etc. is sure to make your curries and Moroccan dishes stand out.
